All orders are subject to availability. Environmental factors may impact the availability of certain products. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Pockets of Thyme Flower Farm hosts multi-vendor sales but is not responsible for the products, services, or actions of individual vendors. Each vendor is solely accountable for their offerings, including product quality, accuracy of descriptions, shipping, licensing and customer service. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the respective vendor.

Shipping will be available for some sales, but not all.

• Shipping Locations: We ship within the United States only.
• Combined Shipping: We do not offer combined shipping at this time
• Shipping Warranty: We guarantee orders arrive in viable condition if claimed within 24 hours of delivery. Claims require photographic evidence. Refunds cover the product cost only.
• Lost or Missing Packages: If a package is marked as delivered but not received, or missing in transit, please contact the courier. We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.

Local Pickup is available on select dates and locations, which must be chosen at checkout. Be sure to mark your calendar to avoid missing your pickup time. Refunds will not be issued for missed pickups unless alternate arrangements are made at least 7 days in advance. Additionally, refunds for damaged products do not apply to local pickup orders, as all products are inspected prior to pickup.

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.
• Payment is accepted via major credit cards and Shop Pay.

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours. After this period, a 20% restocking fee applies.

• Issues with orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.
• No refunds will be provided for order that are picked-up locally.
• Refunds are issued for the product cost minus shipping and restocking fees.

Your personal information is used solely to process orders and will not be shared unless required to fulfill your order.

Pockets of Thyme Flower Farm is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, pandemics, or transportation issues.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
